Good to have one at the airport. Arrived around 7:00, no line at all. Got report around 8:20, minimal queue there.

The service was fast and straightforward but the short hair white lady wearing blue uniform was quite impatient. The paper certificates weren’t printed clearly maybe the ink was running low. I asked if I could get another copy and she was like “who takes these papers seriously anyways”….great attitude 👍🏼

The attitude of the customers would not be tolerated in any other clinic. Staff were lovely and doing their best despite people in line being rude and harassing them, leaving things late and taking stress out on them. I saw staff google translating and helping non English speakers in line and getting to us in line quickly. Printed copy I got was a bit faint but still easy to read and lady in blue apologised for delay as she was trying to fix printer. Staffs told people in line they have email and text as back up. 不喜欢他们的工作态度，没有什么人等待也不忙，那位男士工作人员在和其他同事闲聊，当我很着急的问他问题却只是敷衍我，一点愿意帮助我的态度都没有，我只是咨询结果等待时间，我知道不是你的责任，但是你的态度真的是让我很不爽，你那怕假装帮我问一下，至少让我感受到你乐意帮助我。 补充一下，最后我们1.5h拿到结果，没有影响我们的计划，总体还是满意的，希望可以改善服务态度。
