My girls are the best dressed kids around because of this store. I consign here all the time and am amazed how much credit I receive and the quality of clothing I can purchase that I would never be able to afford let alone at a fraction of the price.
Really disappointed with a business choice they have made. I have been a loyal donator and I have earned store credit multiple times , I have them as friends on IG and on FB, recently tried to purchase items on IG and not allowed to use store credit, they want pay pal only. I feel they save all good items and post on IG and not in store and we the customers that make this store by donating clothes get screwed. Sorry for your disappointment with our IG business decision. The decision to use Instagram was based entirely on the lack of interaction with our customers thanks in part to the new Facebook model. Since Facebook changed our page to a fan page our online presence has dropped dramatically. We also recently closed our location in Scottsdale . These 2 hits to our revenue have led to our searching new ways to reach buyers. The IG revenue has allowed us to maintain our current staff with no cut in hours. I just had a baby & thought I'd adventure out & check out this local shop for the first time. When I walked in 2 of the sales women looked up at me & then looked down without saying a word or acknowledging me, I walked around a few minutes & left with no acknowledgement. There were only 2 other people shopping. If I'm not worth your time, your not worth mine.
