Wonderful experience with Victoria. She was professional, punctual, precise, and the haircut was a quick process and very reasonably priced. 2 things men strive for in haircutting - Quick and Reasonable.
Poor experience over the course of about a year. Stylist ALWAYS running behind or showing up late with coffee in their hand. After getting my hair done for several hours, often times I'd have to go back in within a few days because they missed some spots.I was DONE when I had a scheduled appointment for over 6 weeks and my stylist cancelled at midnight the morning before my appointment. Beth is absolutely amazing!!!
It's hard to get an appointment. When you call to make an appointment, you are given a list of stylists and their phone numbers. Unless you already have a stylist, you have to just choose someone. If you leave a general message, your call may or may not be returned.
