Absolutely terrible customer service! They sold us a freezer for commercial use and when it stopped working a couple months later did absolutely nothing to fix it or replace it. Plus they never returned calls or showed up when they said they would come. We will NEVER do business with them again.

great prices and service that is for real. i use them for my rental units both to purchase fully refurbished appliances, do service calls for my tenants including appliance repair, a/c work and other services that i request. Very friendly and professional staff who are bilingual, which i guess is a help to spanish speaking people but since i only speak english i caqn say they speak english well. great people and great staff. real good stuff.
