Cristina Martinez, the member of the organization who processed my request always helped me very diligently, clarifying all my questions and with a willingness to help me and advise me on different points to best reach the gold I was looking for. The team demonstrates optimal synchronization, which helps people in the community and organizations that require their help and support.
The worst decision I could have made!!! In February 2020 I went to the offices in Hollywood to do tax year 2019, and I was treated like a dog. They didn't know how to use the form provided by UBER. Despite I explained it over and over, they sent me back home. Came back the next day with every month printed and then they used the form I had brought the day before. About the free tax servuce. They collect your iprivate information (Social Securiry, immigration Status...education...etc before rhey can tell you if tvey can provide the service. If they csn not do the taxes, there is no way to delete the info you gave, O.M.G. that is insane, umsafe, and scary...Perfect for Identify thef. Some one please do something..
