I brought my son here for what I thought would be a quick visit for a school physical. Our appointment was at 11:15, and we didn't get seen until close to 1:00 PM. The waiting room was packed, the exam room smelled like feces, and when I informed the Nurse Practitioner that my appointment was at 11:15, she responded "if you're in a hurry, I don't know what to tell you".
