After spending thousands here, Jeff Kasper became ill, Ibo became temporarily in charge. He repairs and makes designs. I purchased 7000 on two bracelets that were special ordered. Ibo was supposed to add extra links. After waiting 6 weeks, Ibo had not completed the work. When I confronted him , ibo responded that I was too difficult to deal with.
