Hired Eugene for the second time, because his work is great. This time it was to fix and paint an old deck. He replaced broken slats, sealed damaged wood, and painted everything (helped with the color choice, too). He's an honest small business owner, hard-working, knowledgeable about materials and jobs. Previously, he painted the whole of a1965 ranch; helped select the colors, finished the damaged wood that had not been well-cared for.
