Very good experience with the staff and doctor. No one was rushed or tired. Doctor spent a lot of time explaining in detail what he expected for future testing, what he learned from reviewing tests I already had. What I should expect in my care and testing in the future. The office visit was a delightful experience.

I've been a patient of Dr. Elginaidi since 2022 and have seen him routinely every three months. He has been incredibly vigilant and proactive in managing my liver health. Thanks to his careful monitoring and guidance, I'm now doing well enough that my follow-ups have shifted to every six months— a change that speaks volumes about the progress I've made under his care. Great Doc and Staff! I know other docs that use Lourdes liver Docs! that is Saying something! As a patient who is somewhat nervous, I feel very confident that Cooper and Virtual share test results and information unbiased. Thank you all and God Bless

Worst experience of my life dealing with a doctor and his office. Dr ElGenaidi refuses to return phone calls. He made big promises in the beginning but didn’t follow through with any of them. His incompetent staff turned a 3 to 4 day process for me to get medicine into 3 months, and I still have no medicine, and the doctor is nowhere to be found. I left messages for him to call me 5 times in the last ten days but no reply. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use Dr ElGenaidi ever!
