Dr.A office you have a such a long wait time. Office staff will argue with you on the phone. Would not recommend seeing this Dr
Worst office support ever. They never answer the phone. It is impossible to get anything accomplished with this office. Best advice go elsewhere! This place is only good when you show up in person and anything else you are at a loss!
Amazing, from the time I walked in the door till I left. Dr. A. Was incredible never met a more pleasant Doctor and I've had to see several in my years. And his staff was very polite and professional and the young lady who works for him from lab Corp. I could of talked to her all day. Thank you Doc. And thank your crew. Amazing
Been my doctor for years. He's great. I'm grateful he comes to my Eizabethtown area and I don't have to drive to Louisville, because I would if needed.
Saw Dr. A once, he’s nice and all but scheduling and his office staff are awful. I would go anywhere else. Do not waste your time here! You can only call and leave a message, so I called and left a message saying that I need to cancel and reschedule. Lo and behold, they never cancelled the appointment and now want to charge a $50 no show fee. And the call center guy is rude and has argued with me on the phone and has hung up on me. Just an awful experience.
