My father is a patient of Dr A and was prescribed to be on an insulin pump. he has had the pump for about six weeks now and we have been awaiting on his office to authorize the prescription for the supplies from CCS Medical. when you call the office there is no one to actually answer the phone. you must leave a message and hope that someone calls you back.
Unable to reach office staff after several attempts. They are the only Endocrinology office available in Elizabethtown but due to the inability to speak to a member of staff at this office despite leaving several messages regarding referrals, I am forced to send local patients to facilities miles away from their homes. He is very busy.Your appointments only last 5 minutes.But you may have to wait over an hour to see him.
Been with Dr A. over 10 years. He is amazing. Always willing to listen. He is very smart and knows how to get to the root of the problem.
