Dr. Ahktar is simply wonderful. I met Dr. Ahktar at one of my lowest points health wise while I was a patient at Grand River Hospital with severe colitis. My previous caregiver was not very helpful in my opinion. Dr. Ahktar is an excellent communicator, set me at immediate ease and was very frank and fair about my options.
