This company our con artists, for 1 week now and still no call back, and everytime we call to see the status they say we can't find the claim, let's refile. Everytime we file they wont give us a claim number say we will get a email with one and adjuster will reach out within 48 hours. For over a week now, no call, they made us refile the claim 3x then we called back again today and they said they can't find the claim again spent hours of our life etc.

The phone number on the website doesn't work and when I called cusromer service he said he can't give me another phone number to an Atlanta agent because I am not a current policy holder!!!

Signed up for insurance and they provide it however asked for some clarifications and even though it says they cover my services they will drop you. Find a reputable company this is a scam.

I've had hiscox insurance for several years. All of a sudden they implemented a deductible and it says nothing in my renewal about a deductible. Will most definitely start looking for a new insurer.

I've been a 13+ year customer of the company. I requested a certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation through the website form, exactly as they instruct. Got an emailed response that it was sent to underwriting, which is normal. These requests are fundamental to business insurance and should take less than 24 hours. Three days later I called, they said it was tied up in underwriting. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with the rep while they tried to "get in touch" with underwriting to no avail.
