I had this company for YEARS. Did not file one single claim. I received notification this year that my renewal was increasing from $688 to $1148! Insanity. I had my insurance agent call to confirm that there was not an error; there was not. Hiscox stated the increase was due to the hurricanes last year and the increase in claims; again, I never filed one single claim. Dropped them and will be securing insurance elsewhere.

Fairly priced, but they make canceling a policy MUCH more difficult than signing up for one. They will repeatedly try to charge your account after revoking ACH authorization, and will have someone email you in broken English to tell you that you cant cancel online and must call(though you can sure as hell sign up online)

I`ve been a customer as a LLC about 6 months. I do window cleaning for almost 20 years. I never filed any claim and I never damaged anything. Two days ago a old window accidentally was broken while I was cleaning it. I flied the claim and they said it`s not covered, because the damage was done while I actually cleaned the window. So, my question is : why do I have insurance if they don`t cover my actual work. Of course they took my money, and comes to cover $474 they just bailed out. I should have read the reviews. Ad says $21 a month. I have GREAT CREDIT, and wanted the very minimal coverage, no employees, low annual revenue, and they come back with $400 a month. Automated page that I shared my info to, Waste of time.

This company our con artists, for 1 week now and still no call back, and everytime we call to see the status they say we can't find the claim, let's refile. Everytime we file they wont give us a claim number say we will get a email with one and adjuster will reach out within 48 hours. For over a week now, no call, they made us refile the claim 3x then we called back again today and they said they can't find the claim again spent hours of our life etc.
