They will not let you cancel your policy. I filed a claim with the KY and IN department of insurance.

They are a terrible company with poor service. Find a local agent to help you instead of a massive agency that doesn't care about you at all.

I have used them for professional liability insurance since 2019. I contacted them to ask about coverage if we expanded and offered a new service line that is related to our existing service lines. They told me that they would not be able to cover that service line. That is understandable. What happened next is not. When you call and attempt to get a loss history they ask for your policy number. All numbers on your signed contract with the company are not the correct number they are looking for. Refused to give us any information and when asked to be transferred to a manager they send you to hold with no plans on ever picking the call back up.
