Try to cancel before your policy, an hour after you purchase it and the policy isn't stated to go into effect for multiple days yet? They claim your refund is 27 cents. Ask to talk to a manager? Not happening. Want a claim number or reference number? Sorry. They don't provide that. You have to trust that "your call is being recorded"
Recommend looking for a different insurance company
Would not issue a refund. Has the policy for less than a week. $144 down the drain. Trash company. Don't use, they are also 4x the cost of other insurance companies for less coverage.

Was a much better company years ago. I signed up with them quite some time ago & as of recently they almost tripled my bill. When I called they were unwilling to assist & cited other people have had a lot of claims. Unfortunately this is unacceptable. Definitely not a good feeling for a long-time customer, with no claims & bills always paid.
