Be very careful with this company…. I let them take advantage of our family. TLDR: I believe they overcharged us. $409 for 5 seconds of diagnostics and 25 min of labor including 3 trips to the truck (one was to retrieve a replacement pin for one that had been dropped in to the wall), and a $60 part that they itemized as $340 on my bill. They also included a $69 charge itemized as a service call bringing my total to $409. I called multiple times to speak with the field manager and was not able to connect with him.
