Came home to find a pool of water under our water heater. Called HIS Plumber at 8am, and the problem was solved by 11am. Angie had Caleb at my front door in an hour. Caleb did a great job and gave me multiple repair/replace options. Great service..!!

Greg was a trooper today - for several hours as a simple job cascaded: the exterior faucet broke off as he was trying to remove the hose so he instantly turned off the water supply and crawled over 80 feet under my house to discover the copper line went vertically through the wall from the crawlspace before exiting outside. He calmly drilled a hole through the masonry to relocated the faucet about 8 inches lower. so he could install a shut off valve and new faucet. All the while, he insisted on not letting me help.
