Be very careful with this company…. I let them take advantage of our family. TLDR: I believe they overcharged us. $409 for 5 seconds of diagnostics and 25 min of labor including 3 trips to the truck (one was to retrieve a replacement pin for one that had been dropped in to the wall), and a $60 part that they itemized as $340 on my bill. Greg and Tyler the tech’s who serviced my water heater were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained the problem and how they recommended to remedy it. It turned out to be a simple fix at low cost and so much appreciated the honesty these technicians displayed. This is the second time I have used this company and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommend!
