Great Trout Fishing Reasonable, comfortable accommodations directly on the White River in Cotter, AR. Owners are super nice and knowledgeable, and think of everything someone "green" to trout fishing should, could, and would need. (We took 3 guided fishing trips on the river which was up (8 units) and flowing pretty good, so a guide was definitely the way to go and worth the extra $ - they get it all set up for you!)
