Amazing Car Service! Tried His N Hers Auto and Very happy. Friendly, easy going service, from booking arrangemt to car service and repair details. Receptionist can articulate intricate car parts and repair details which is awesome. Mech did an amazing job on my car . Reasonably priced service and my car drives like a dream. Ive FINALLY got a good mechanic!

After being ripped off by mechanics in the past, I’ve found it difficult to trust anyone with my car. After seeing so many recommendations for His & Her’s in Kilsyth on the Yarra Valley Noticeboard, I decided to give them a try, and I’m so glad I did. It was such a relief to pick up my car and be told it only needed a standard service, with no unnecessary extras or surprise costs. Honest, trustworthy, and genuinely friendly people. I highly recommend the team at His & Her’s. Thank you for the great service! I’ll be back :)
Ohhhh where to start. The lovely customer service that doesn't exist? The rude behavior to customers? Telling a customer after 5k in repairs that you are too busy to finish the RWC on the Calais and to bring it back to just fail it again because the first repairs didn't fix oil leaks? No warranty on those repairs either! Abusive to staff, abusive to customers, heard heaps of stories from other customers now and wish I had avoided. Best stay away from these "Lovely people" no honesty, no care, no warranty.
Been seeing these guys for close to 20 years, and would not trust anyone else! Not only mechanics, these two are genuinely the kindest most caring people who would help you in anyway they can!
