Problem with my car was fixed in the time specified and I was very satisfied with the charge. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This was my first time here and my car is booked in for the next service already!.
I had a wonderful random experience with "Her" when she stumbled across me trying to put oil in my car at a service station. I was recently single, so it was the first time I'd had to do it, and I was embarrassingly unknowledgable. The kindness I was shown, along with the patient sharing of expertise, left me feeling empowered and so grateful. Thank you 😊

I paid over $200+ for a roadworthy check on my 2004 BMW and the report came back with only a short list of issues, but not for the right reasons. The shop missed multiple obvious faults that my main mechanic identified immediately. If I had relied on that check, VicRoads would have likely denied my registration, costing me even more. This ended up being a huge waste of money thanks to an unprofessional and careless inspection.
