I highly recommend this family owned business that I have used for over 20 years.
DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS. Paid in advance, huge mistake. Came a week late, did a horrible job which caused us to have to pay a reinspect fee as well as lost money on my deposit to clean the carpet because of the awful job they did. I had a brand new window because I broke it. They stole the new window and replaced it with some old dirty one.
I would say we had a rocky start. He was originally hired to inspect my chimney and when it was time to do the inspection, something came up multiple times. I end up moving out of state and trusting he would do the job, so I left the key with a neighbor. While waiting for him to inspect the chimney, the cleaning company flaked out on me. I can say in the end this company did save the day. They may not be on time, all the time however Chris said if he gives you his word, he will do it. Save your time & money. Hired them in 2012, Couldn’t stand behind their “guarantee to pass inspection.” Caused me to fail inspection & additional $25 fee just to have the property manager to reinspect another day. Do you think I got reimbursed that fee & the fee for cleaning, NOPE! Unprofessional, rude & disrespectful towards dual active military members. I will ALWAYS make it known NOT to utilize HIS MASTER’S CHIMNEY SWEEP of Jacksonville, NC!!! FIND YOURSELF A RELIABLE COMPANY FOLKS!
