I just moved in the area and tried this place out after checking a few reviews. Unfortunately, my hairdresser was not very friendly or even seemed like she wanted me there. She never told me her name, talked to me, anything. I said I wanted a cut with no layers, simple shoulder length cut and I have Rachel Greene level layers. She didn't style, give tips or even blow dry my hair after, she just walked away and I didn't even realize the cut was done.
