We hired His and Her catering to provide a private family dinner on short notice for my wife’s 70th birthday. Pre-dinner planning with Taylor could not have been easier. He came to our cabin and provided an incredible gourmet dinner, accommodating several individual dietary restrictions. Aside from his brilliant culinary talent, he was entertaining and blended seamlessly into our family dynamic like an old friend. Could not have been more pleased with his service which was the highlight of our week long stay in Blue Ridge!
