Went in for a heater core flush. I told them I had to be out by a certain time for work. 4 hours later I'm told that they ordered a different part (without calling to see if I could afford it) and they were waiting on that. I told them I had already replaced that part at the beginning of the year. She told me to replace it again because it was bad and that would fix the no heat issue. Great guys , great prices.
Used to recommend to all family and friends. This is no longer the case and I actively discourage people from going to this shop. The techs are amazing and knowledgeable, Mike, however, is one of the worst customer service people I’ve ever encountered and that’s saying a lot in this day and age. He was combative, argumentative, and confrontational regarding overlooked issues related to my vehicle. He became agitated and angry when questioned about said work. Excellent staff! Skilled and trustworthy mechanics. We have been here a few times for needed service and have future service planned for fun car projects. They are not intimidated by or irritated with the fact that we have sporty tuner cars. I'd give TEN stars if we could. Praise the Lord for this place of business!
