The crew at his glassworks is the best. I ordered an item that wasn’t suited to the glass I work with a they made the return fast and easy. The offer some products that are impossible to get anywhere else, and quite frankly I would not be cold working if I didn’t have ready access to these items. Even during recent flooding they were back on online unbelievably fast, and donated a percentage of sales to area businesses that were affected.
Ordered epoxy on 11-14-24 and as of today 11-27-24 I haven't received it yet. I live in WV I wouldnt expect it to take this long to get from N.C.
I am new to the cold working game and they have been awesome! Always attentive to my needs, my questions and my problems. I’ve ordered their lap grinder, sanding pads, cones and cerium oxide and haven’t had any problems that they can’t help me with. Great company, I will be working with them for a while.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff I must asked 100 questions about dichroic lamination to there support staff, and got all the answers to my question before I ever spent a single dollar in the online shop, if it wasn't for the top notch customer service answering all of my questions in detailed and explanatory ways I would still be poking around in the dark trying to figure out the cold fusion process on my own, its amazing to see a company that is just as focused in teaching their custormers the craft and trade as they ... read more
