We bought a house in 2023, we needed some repairs to be able to continue with the process. Unfortunately, everyone wants to get money for doing nothing. The Realtor who was selling that house did not want us as buyers to do the repairs and it is not because we do not know how to do it and not because they hire professionals who would do it better than us. He takes half your money, does a few things then doesnt show up for a year to finish it. Avoids all phone calls. Do not recommend

We constantly had to beg for information on when they would be able to come do the work. They left without cleaning up after painting. We had to remove the painting tape ourselves. Baseboards were not finished. The floor in two closets was not finished. Checks were not cashed they were just laying in the office for weeks. People wouof come for 3 or 4 hours and woulf leave because they woulf have to go to another project. Horrible experience.
