thought they were GREAT They were FANTASIC.... until a week later my virus came back and i called and scheduled an appointment and they never showed, i called and left my number and never heard from them, i fixed my computer BY MYSELF after it took me all day..... thought they wanted buisness, i was suprised that after a week, they wouldnt help me again.
Great Service Elite is WONDERFUL! They are trust worthy and won't try to add on a bunch of repairs and add-ons just to make a buck. They're professional and dependable!
First Class Support My computer had a virus that totally made my system inoperable. I called ECS and they performed an initial analysis at my home before determining I had a very serious issue. The technician took my computer to their office for two days, after which he returned the system to my home. ECS completely eradicated the virus and provided me with a much better anti-virus solution than the Symantec s/w I previously had. Great job! I called around and everybody wanted to take a week to fix my computer. I called these guys and they came out the same day and charged me less then they other companies I called. I called on a Saturday and had my computer back the same day. I was able to finish my report by the deadline on Monday! Highly recommend this company!
GREAT SERVICE!!! My computer was sick... VERY sick. I called Elite computer solutions and they picked it up right from my home and delivered it quick. The man who helped was very nice and professional. The next time my computer gets "sick" Elite Computer Solutions will be the company I will call. Also there prices cannot be beat!
Best computer repair services ever! My laptop hard drive went bad. I took my pc to pc laptops and they said it would cost over $400 to fix the laptop. They told me to just buy a new laptop from them and it was not worth fixing. I called Elite computer solutions and a tech came out that day. He said it would be $40 for service call and $98 for new hard drive. I could not believe they fixed it under $150. I am a very satisfied customer.
