They did sub-standard work on my truck and refused to fix it. I had to have someone else fix a part that they installed that broke, and they wouldn’t even give me my money back on the broken part. I asked the owner, Mr. Woods, several times for a copy of the invoice for my truck and he never responded. They “replaced” the A/C system on my truck, charging me thousands of dollars. Fair, honest and dependable all while delivering quality work! We have brought 2 vehicles to His Automotive for repair. One was repaired about 8 months ago. They listened carefully to our extensive issues. Then, they diagnosed all the problems, gave us a detailed estimate and had our vehicle up and running by the next day. Very professional!
