Great service and awesome people... highly recommend
They did sub-standard work on my truck and refused to fix it. I had to have someone else fix a part that they installed that broke, and they wouldn’t even give me my money back on the broken part. I asked the owner, Mr. Woods, several times for a copy of the invoice for my truck and he never responded. They “replaced” the A/C system on my truck, charging me thousands of dollars. Traveling to Hot Springs from Houston. pulling an RV., the truck starts to cut out and die. i was told by the guys at NAPA to take it to HIS automotive. It was a Friday at 4:40. they close at 5. They said to pull the truck up and we'll take care of you. Talking to the owner and his wife was a pleasure. When i offered my card to pay, he said, "GOD bless and enjoy your vacation" Thanks Lord for sending us to His Auto. Your blessings are always good.
Outstanding service, prompt repairs, with fair pricing, highly recommended, even delivered my truck to me at work after repairs were completed!!!!
