I appreciate the honesty and how they were able to fix my car while finding used parts to make it more affordable. It’s hard to find places who won’t charge a pink tax, so I’m happy to have found H.I.S. Automotive. Thank you for being kind and honest! I’m terrible with names (the lady at the front desk), Aaron and another gentleman. I appreciate you all!
100% recommend Aaron and his team. He does quality work and fair pricing in my opinion. They are a small shop and get busy at times and there may be a little wait but his work has always been great and honest. If it needs to be repaired/ replaced he will tell you, he will also tell you if you can hold off for a bit. Again, absolutely no reservations in recommending HIS automotive.
Tried to charge for a new motor 10000$!! But all it needed was an oil change. Disgusting how they try to scam. Tried to tell me I have to pay 1500$! But all it needs is a new housing for 300$ and three bolts. Overcharge service where things aren’t needed often lying on supposable broken parts. Be careful when you bring your car.
Aaron is great to work with and cares for his customers. His work is fair priced and he performs a great service. Highly recommend this shop!
Setup an appt for a 99 Ford 150 after I completely redid the front suspension to get an alignment. Was told they don't usually do older trucks than 05 but would do it this time for 149$ plus tax. Took truck in just after 8am. Received a call from Aaron saying both my upper control arms bolts on driver side don't have essentrics to do the alignment.
