The most polite, KIND, knowledgeable, and trustworthy mechanic and staff I have ever crossed paths with. As a young female with limited mechanical understanding, this is the only shop that never gave me any concern of being taken advantage of. I left with a car no longer overheating and confident in the work that got it here. I can’t imagine choosing to take my car anywhere else so long as their doors are open.
Aaron is a awesome mechanic and awesome to deal with. Trust this shop any day of the week over any other shop. 100% all around
I appreciate the honesty and how they were able to fix my car while finding used parts to make it more affordable. It’s hard to find places who won’t charge a pink tax, so I’m happy to have found H.I.S. Automotive. Thank you for being kind and honest! 100% recommend Aaron and his team. He does quality work and fair pricing in my opinion. They are a small shop and get busy at times and there may be a little wait but his work has always been great and honest. If it needs to be repaired/ replaced he will tell you, he will also tell you if you can hold off for a bit. Again, absolutely no reservations in recommending HIS automotive.
Tried to charge for a new motor 10000$!! But all it needed was an oil change. Disgusting how they try to scam. Tried to tell me I have to pay 1500$! But all it needs is a new housing for 300$ and three bolts. Overcharge service where things aren’t needed often lying on supposable broken parts. Be careful when you bring your car.
