Phone call and quickly set up an appointment. Fixed a couple of problematic issues I had with my 1978 Dodge. Received an update and phone call from Scott to discuss options for the work to be performed. Workflow and customer service was excellent from the front office to the mechanical consult. Scott and one of his mechanics went over the work that was performed in detail when I picked the car up. Price was as expected and reasonable, no surprises. I would highly recommend Hirzel's.

After a very high recommendation of fast and friendly service from a family member, I hauled my broken down jeep on a 2 hour round trip to Guthrie to have Hirzel's repair it. Zero phone calls and 1 month later my vehicle is still in the same spot I left it. They never even popped the hood. Not sure why they blew me off, but I am sure dozens of other customers came and went in that time. smh, Another 2 hours to pick it up, didn't even get an apology.
