I had a very disappointing experience with Hirzel Law. In my opinion, the firm did not provide balanced or practical legal guidance in my dispute involving the Sierra Point Condos HOA. While I was out of the country after the passing of my mother, I requested temporary permission to rent my home. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, I felt that the situation escalated unnecessarily through legal notices and enforcement actions. The attorney was on the opposing side of a legal dispute but was still very courteous and respectful, honest and conscientious. More interested in resolution than ego. I would recommend.
