The service sucks the people are annoying you guys won’t talk to me and stop saying my name and you are rude to me and drive slower in town Mike won’t slow down in town he never talks to me he needs to stop saying my name I don’t like it and it’s getting annoying I would like him to stop speeding in town if he does I’m reporting him so he will get fired

People shouldn't have to turn around and go another direction because a HERTA bus is parked for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come out... this driver always parks right by a parked car so people can't get around... pull up 2 or 3 feet so people can get around your bus...or the rider needs to be waiting at the curb!!!!

The customer service rep McKenzie is rude. On several occasions she put me on hold in the middle of a conversation. When I called back she hung up on me on several occasions. On a previous occasion, she was insulting and started laughing after she made the insults. I was trying to schedule a ride, but do not think she wanted to schedule the ride. Any company or organization is only as good as its employees. Karen is one of the best representatives for Newton Hirta. ALWAYS a friend to her community. She cares about the people she transports.

First time I've had to use Hirta. The driver was very nice & friendly, and on time!
