I ordered a steel shelving unit and it arrived with 5 short apron pieces missing. Contacted Herschel and they said they don’t carry these parts and could not help me. Told me to go through Lowes and have them order a new unit. Impossible to get this 200lb. unit back in the box! Lowes and I both contacted Herschel again and same reply. They sell this unit but you better hope all the parts are there because they won’t stand behind their product.

I would like to share how Hirsch Industries promptly and efficiently responded to my unusual request. We purchased a home with older Hirsh shelving units, which were missing some parts (probably discontinued), so I contacted them through their website. Within a few days, they shipped these parts to us free of any charges; I am very satisfied with their customer service and highly recommend them. Thank you, again.

I ordered a filing cabinet.. back in May .. $$ was refunded after waiting weeks for delivery. Came up available again in Aug .. I ordered .. have been told it's delayed.. but USPS says it's been delivered???? .. where's my cabinet??
