Very slow and very bad surgery ridiculous no appointments ever

Absolute zero chance of geting an appointment at this surgery even when you ring at 0800. Rules with regards to appointments have apparently changed, if you don't need same day appointment your supposed to be given another day, this doctors surgery obviously feels they're above that. Try getting a flu jab no problem there £££.

Literally impossible to get an appointment, have to ring at 8am and if lucky get a phone consultation and you have to wait between 9am and 6pm for a phone call. Its very difficult! No mental health support for my severe mental health issues either after always getting passed onto gp.

The GP surgery made a mistake with my appointments which could have been detrimental to my health. The reception staff I spoke to did not care about the mistake they had made and brushed it off as nothing. She didn't even apologies for something that could have ended up a lot worse. The reception staff really don't care about the patients or have any customer service skills.
