★☆☆☆☆ I am appalled by the way Hirschi’s Body Shop handled this matter. On the day I paid the repair bill, I requested a $100 veteran discount, which I understood had been approved. However, the bill apparently did not reflect that reduction. While I was on my way to a VA appointment, the shop called and told me that I still owed $100.
