We have used them a few times in the past for various reasons and always very happy with them. They installed a brand new water heater a year ago. Very professional and prompt. A year later the burner unit went out and they said would order a new part and install it. ITS BEEN 5 MONTH'S AND STILL NOT FIXED. They have only returned 2 of our phone calls and the last time was told they had a hard time finding the part, for a brand new water heater mind you, but he found one and was ordering the part.
