Gave multiple years to this ungrateful company that preaches “safety” to only lookout for their production. hr only helps supervisors and managers abuse their power. I am thankful for all the job has allowed me to accomplish, but it’s not worth the headache, stress, being thanked, to then only talk mess behind your back. micromanaged and belittled. Ps the only ones who gave the company 5 stars are managers.
Great place to work by far the best job I've had everyone is friendly and polite.
I would give them a 0 if I could. They are horrible neighbors to the community with which they are located. Noise all hours of the day and night! Well pass the noice ordinance hours! Neither they, the City or police will do a thing to correct it! The community deserves better even if we live on the Northside. We were here before they were! The City could care less about us.
Awful as far as unloading freight trucks..... 3 30' steel beams to unload and it takes them 1.5 hrs per truck. Today there is 14 trucks. Need a better procedure
