Dr. Trail and his staff are friendly, professional and very accommodating. I had an appointment with them yesterday and it couldn’t have gone any better. Thank you for reminding me what things were like before corporations took over everything. See you next month!
First time appointment with Dr Wohl to assess the condition of one tooth. He was extremely thorough in his examination. He determined that the tooth in question did not need any treatment at this time, and just needed to be monitored. Appreciated his honest assessment. Not only was his exam thorough, but he and his assistant both made an effort to get to know us a little which was also greatly appreciated. This was the best dental visit I have ever had.
My review of Wohl &Trail Periodontics has not changed from previous reviews. The staff and services are very professional as well as friendly. Debbie. my hygienist, is exceptional.
I appreciated the prompt response to my inquiry. As a note on dealing with potentially new patients, Janice needs to check her condescending tone when asked a question for clarification. Keep in mind that we are CUSTOMERS, too.
Dr Trail and Dr Wohl and their entire staff make you feel like family. It is always a pleasant experience!
