Bid a easy job of shower tub combo removal(30 mins and a saw saw) install 3 pre cut shower walls, shower basin, shower door all pre bought by us, was supposed to show up on a Monday at 8 am, texted Sunday at 9 pm that wouldnt make it because he was camping, after that ghosted, no text, no phone calls..... zero. Bonus we also used him as our business plumber. There are so many good plumbers out there, pass this dude by, I won't name drop here but check out plumbers in *********, we have since found them..... A+++

Hirsch Plumbing installed a new 75 gallon hot water heater March 2016. As of October 2020, the water heater has water in the tray, and will NOT work. For 3 days we have called, sent emails, texted and filled out the contact form on their website and they will NOT return any of our calls! The water heater is still under warranty. You should not waste your money on this company because they will not honor their work. Once they get paid you are on your own for any problems. Had water main replaced in December 2018 and now not even two years later it's leaking again. After calling and texting the owner for five days the only time he even answered he said he'd call us back but never did. This guy is a ***** who obviously won't stand by his shady work. Don't waste your time or money, you will regret it!
