Joe came to my business to use our services as we were closing & my business partner wanted to enforce a non-compete on me after closing down & liquidating all of our assets. I wanted an answer as to how can someone enforce a non compete on a business that doesn't operate anymore & gave him a call to schedule a consultation to find an answer. He booked an appointment the following day & showed up on time to the appointment & gave me the answer to my question. 10/10 would recommend :)
Mr. Hirsch is prompt, professional. Explained everything. Take his time. Highly recommended. Went to specific details into Agreement of Sale. These details are crucial and are not really visible at the first glance. Gave us valuable advice which can be applied for all future contracts. Called me during Labor Day.
