very cozy, hole in the wall ramen location! ordered the shoyu ramen (pictured) and the mazemen. quite delicious! the chashu was cooked beautifully, crisped edges to the meat but still soft enough to fall apart in your mouth. the extra garlic is a nice touch, makes the rich broth even richer. might just be me, but the noodles and the broth had a subtle butter flavor? kind of like popcorn. very pleasant interior design.
First time coming. You order and pay first before sitting down. The environment is beautiful, warm, and calming. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen. It comes with half an egg, bean sprouts, seaweed, chashu pork, green onion, and spinach (I believe). The ramen was flavorful in all elements of the dish. The portions were generous, especially for the pork and veggies. Every place I've been to gives at minimum 1 piece and at maximum 3 pieces of pork, then charges $5 for extra 2-3 pieces. Food is so good it makes me want to cry. The pork chashu is tender and buttery. Noodles are bouncy and the broth is top teir!!! Add extra garlic and spicy sauce and it'll change your life
Choice of thin or thick noodles, u gotta tell them. Interior is decent. Tables and seats are cool. Parking n the back. U gotta pay and giv order at register first then they give u a number and then just sit anywhere. Be sure to tip then too or leave 11% gratuity or both. Or bring cash to leave on table before u leave after u eat. Theyre not servers but they do bring your food out for u. Seating is limited. If its busy u gotta wait until seats r available!
