I’ve lived at Hiro Apartment for about three months now, and it’s been a great experience. The community is quiet and feels very safe, which makes everyday living really comfortable. The management and staff are warm, professional, and very responsive—anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they followed up quickly and made things easy. I toured Hiro on Monday and I had a great experience with with the staff. They were super friendly and went over options with me and my partner. They even went with us even though we scheduled a self-guided tour. That alone was such a breath of fresh air, most other places I've toured barely give you the time of day when you walk in, and very rarely go out on tour with prospective residents.
