If you can, find an alternative company to do your work. HiRISE conducted a rushed, shoddy job on my building and their "warranty" has been useless to address the challenges associated with their amateur work. There were gaps in the metal panelling for my windows, poor or non-existent seals, and some panels were so poorly fitted / sealed that they just fall off over time with basic use. This was a common experience with everyone that used them in my condominium and many are continuing to experience issues years later.
