Dish Network Authorized Retailer has a perfect customer service. Customer satisfaction evidently is high on the list of Dish Network priorities. I've been a Dish customer for more than 5 years and for the most part really like their service, they have a navigable, organized channel lineup that makes sense.
The quality of the picture is wonderful. The HD channels are great. The customer service is good. They always answer fairly quickly and they always are Americans and try to be helpful, no matter what I ask. My two year contract was slightly more than it would have been with DirectTV with discounts. But after two years, I'll be paying $22 less/yr. than DirectTV. My DVR records for 2 TV's with no extra cost! That is only true if TV2 is standard definition, but that is a reasonable cost for me since my 2nd TV is smaller. If I w... read more
They have numerous subscribers that reaches around 14 million both residential and commercial customers. I found out about this when I read other customer reviews and I am just enticed to get their service. My basis is all the reviews and feedbacks coming from the subscribers. Great!
I am with Dish Network for a very long time now, 3 years. I wouldn't think of using another Network for my TV viewing purposes. Dish is a great company and their service satisfied me,
I knew about Dish Network from my sister-in-law. She loved it so I tried to contact Dish. I am a subscriber of Dish network for 4 months now and what I like about it is their VIP 922 DVR. Great product! The quality that is recorded is super clear.
Dish has treated me very well and they have always been willing to work with me when I talk to customer service. Just my experience. Keep it up Dish employees!
Dish network is cheaper and there are so many channels that you can watch. I also like that it has a parent control on it so we can control what the kids are watching and making sure they aren't purchasing anything. It is definitely worth it to get dish network I would recommend it.
