If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would!!! I honestly don’t know how he even has 5 stars. We decided to go with Jim due to a referral. Maybe his work is actually pretty good but we’ll honestly never know. We have spent weeks trying to connect with Jim. It is almost impossible to get in touch with Jim and when you finally do, he gives you the run around to call him back on this day or this other day yada yada.
