Quest Diagnostics is trying to bill me for services from this doctor. I have never been to this state for this bill and I don't know who this doctor is. FRAUD. I'm putting in a claim.
My insurance was billed by this doctor for some sort of service in 2021, my insurance sends me a letter showing the claim in 2024. Never seen or heard of this doctor, don’t even live in the same state. The dates on the claim line up with a Covid test that was performed and paid for out of pocket in 2021. Which another company has also filed a claim to the insurance company.
