Zero (0) stars for the doctor! After rescheduling the consultation twice, when I was in the waiting room he left. He had something else to do. Without any notice. I called from work to come for the consultation. Very unprofessional! To be avoided.
0 Stars to Dr. Desai, extremely rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this office. Besides he didn't know the issue. So all that hustle for nothing.
Listened to what I had to say and got my results back to me in 2 hours. He called me personally.
I continuously receive calls and voicemails from this office and I am not a patient and never have been.
Receptionist is amazing, Dr Desai is not! 0 star for him. Somewhat seen myself sent for CT scan and sent for MRI took more than a year to get, never called to tell me my results for any tests I was sent for. Called my family Dr. for another issue and she 4 months after MRI talking to me explaining all the tears I have in tendons/ligaments. Zero respect for this Dr. This has taken me years to find out, totally unacceptable.
