I’ve had John do a few projects for me and he’s always on time when he says he’s going to be there and is very thorough with his work. He just recently came out and fixed wind damage I had on a barn of ours. Top notch work and very thorough.
We would highly recommend Hired Guns roofing. John and his crew were fantastic. Our roof is beautiful and was done in a timely manner. Very professional group.
He came out on April 23, 2026 and looked at my roof. He spoke with me on what was going on and what could be done. He stated his kid had baseball this weekend but could have the estimate for me next week. A week came, I contacted him and ask if I would receive the estimate some time soon. Two weeks went and contacted him again. I never heard from him. This is bad for business. Not a good trait to carry. Thank you
Got ghosted by this company! He came out and looked at my roof and never bothered to call me, even after I left a voice-mail
5 *****'s all the way!! John was out the same day that I called him. He took measurements of my roof & had a written quote in hand a couple of days later. I picked out my shingles, and he gave me a timeline as to when his crew could do the job. One thing I really appreciated was the fact that John returned my calls right away.
