DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is a rip off. They charged $800 for possum control, and have told us that they were going to send a technician for 3 days to check the trap because we’ve said the possums are still there - no technician came the whole time. The customer service is horrendous, and are very rude. They do not offer solutions - only argue with you. We had to go up on the roof ourselves to check the trap, and we discovered that the actual trap was broken and the fruit was gone. They do not offer any refunds i... read more
