Very terrible service. They did a poor job, and the work was applied with low skill. On the phone, they promised a followup visit was part of the service. But when we asked for a followup visit, they avoided calls and were argumentative. Nobody came again. Please be advised this is a very terrible company, tricking people. I am shocked this company can survive with such bad customer service. Beware of any 5 stars reviews here, they are obviously fake!
Extremely disappointed and never using again.... We were quoted nearly $500 for possum removal including GST. They seemed to send a subcontractor, but he did a very poor job missing several possum entry points. He also installed a one-way door in the wrong location, and said he wasn't coming back to remove it because "it was permanent". They demanded us to pay in full for a possum removal service at my property in Wantirna South and has only done merely 50% of the job absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, the agreed service has never been completed until now since August last year. According to the agreed terms, the outstanding work includes completing the possum removal (if required), removing the cage from the roof, sealing the roof to prevent further pest entry, or providing the agreed $150 refund if the possum could not be caught. Told price around $350 over the phone to cover possum removal. Not advised of any call out fee. Guy comes out - Quoted around $1200, which feels a bit much but may be required to patch up some extended gaps in the roof and install a one way door ($80 a meter x 9.5m+ + $450 door). Declined to proceed at this moment as $1k+ is quite different to $350, at which we were charged a $220 call-out fee.
