Told price around $350 over the phone to cover possum removal. Not advised of any call out fee. Guy comes out - Quoted around $1200, which feels a bit much but may be required to patch up some extended gaps in the roof and install a one way door ($80 a meter x 9.5m+ + $450 door). Declined to proceed at this moment as $1k+ is quite different to $350, at which we were charged a $220 call-out fee. Parthiv was awesome! Would highly recommend. He got back to me very quickly and answered all my questions. He kept me updated when we had bad weather and made sure booking a new time was going to be convenient for me. Really informative and gave me lots of information about our house and keeping spiders away. Did a really impressive job spraying around our house and went above and beyond by doing other areas like our bins and mail box.
