Josh was great! He was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. Very friendly and thorough — I feel much better knowing the pest issue is handled. Highly recommend!
DO NOT RECOMMEND! The technician barely did anything and left quickly. The issue was not resolved and the treatment clearly didn’t work. I tried contacting the company several times, but they were unhelpful and refused to give me a refund. I paid for a service that wasn’t done properly, and they didn’t take any responsibility and have now blocked calls. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Look elsewhere if you want real results and professional service!
Would never recommend anyone this company for any pest control. We had service done regarding rats inside our rooftop in April 2025 and charged $200 for 5 mins job. They said it will take around 2 weeks and if you still facing same issue then call us back . 6 months warranty is definitely a scam . We call them again approximately around 3-4 weeks of treatment done and they asked for another $100 to do job again (so I couldn’t understand what 6 months warranty for ? ) We call them again in may 2025 - no positive response .
