I don't know where the loyalty in the employees start. I was a recent employee of Hire Partnership and was released because I had emergency custody of my child. I worked 6 days out of the week for 3 months only to be released and discarded after multiple calls to them about my situation. There is a lack of accountability on hire partnership due to lack of communication and its not fair to the employee that commits to e into a position. Its a terrible feeling to be discarded like trash.

Horrible experience from beginning to end. Onboarding is an unorganized mess. You'll receive emails and phone calls from several companies, as they outsource everything. They didn't give accurate information regarding the assignment. I was told I'd work with children in a group home, my first day I discovered it was adult men with developmental disabilities, which I wish I could work with however, it is a safety concern due to medical reasons. Your job will definitely be at will you’re better off with direct hires!!!!!!! They may place you with prejudice clients that loves to knit pick about everything and will be so quick to let you go not caring about people’s livelihoods at all and I’m glad all this happened cause I would of never got a permanent job that’s more secured and pay more!!!! It’s a lesson learned tho
