Compared a few different hire companies for a compactor. This appeared to be the best value with least amount of hoops to jump through
Receptionist was very rude, the customer service was terrible. I was overcharged, I hired tools and returned them after two days, I was charged for three days. I will not be returning or using this service again.
Rude and patronising geezers! Need some training in customer service. Outdated equipment better of going to Jewsons!
Have hired multiple equipment from Shirley Hire It, had no issues with their cement mixtures in the past but hired a wacker plate over the weekend and the starter string for the motor was so worn through that it snapped the first time we tried to turn it on! No phone number or emergency contact we could use over the weekend to contact them. We had to repair it ourselves in order to be able to do anything productive.
