The receptionists were cordial for all the times I've gone here. I saw two different GPs for myself: the founder, and a man. The former was dismissive, rude, and didn't care about anything other than continually pushing treatments and procedures that I voiced concerns with. She seemed to get more out of watching the clock than listening. The man, however, was the complete opposite; down-to-earth, helpful, and actually listened to me without judgement. Poor service, very unwelcoming and it was very obvious there is a lack of interest in/care for patients. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Really disappointing.
Terribly rude receptionist, and expensive medical centre charging you $140 just only to give you a referral letter .not recommended at all.
If you are looking for answers beyond ‘go on the pill’ then this probably isn’t the clinic for you. If you’re looking for genuine interest and concern for your own individual health journey that isn’t a text book answer you can find on Google, then this also probably isn’t the clinic for you. For a woman’s health clinic I was really hopeful to find answers beyond the pill and Panadol
