Doctor Patel recently operated on my adult daughter, removing her gallbladder. He was clear in communications and did a great job. What really impressed me was his high level of aftercare. When we called in about a somewhat urgent follow-up he was incredibly quick to respond by phone personally, multiple times. It shows the level of care that he has for his patients and we are so grateful.
Dr. Hiral Patel seemed to be great, we consulted for a hiatal hernia surgery and I had the procedure done almost a year ago. I moved away, and I did miss my follow up appointment. I tried to schedule again and his receptionist told me I'd have to see someone else. I told her I was having some major issues after the surgery and she couldn't care less.
